The Old Girls' Association was formed many years ago and currently consists of a thriving group of 300 past pupils and ex-members of staff. Our aims are to help members keep in touch and up-to-date by means of newsletters, reunions and a database, and to keep alive the spirit of the school and foster and uphold the school's reputation. We also aim to support the Headmistress, staff and pupils of the School to ensure that it continues to thrive, to support the Friends of Burgess Hill School Association and to assist pupils via the Bursary Fund.

Miss Morris, with Sue Alexander (née Thompson)

Miss Morris a former teacher and headteacher (1955-1971) and President of the Old Girls Association sadly passed away on 30th July 2009.

Since the news of Miss Morris' death has reached those that knew her we have recieved many messages from Old Girls about the profound impact Miss Morris had on their lives and how sad they were to learn of her passing.
