Burgess Hill School for Girls’ Under 12 Netball team won all their netball matches when they took part in the West Sussex Netball Tournament at Thomas Bennett School.
The girls played two hours of netball in the torrential rain, but showed great determination to win all of their matches.
Burgess Hill School beat Downlands 9-2; Imberhorne 9-0; St Pauls 10-1; Holy Trinity 11-0; Warden Park 5-3 and Sackville 8-0, to become the champions.
The team will now go on to play in the County Finals later this month.
