Year 2 and Year 4 at Burgess Hill School for Girls joined forces for an afternoon of Easter fun on Monday 22nd March.
The girls were set the task of designing and making Easter crowns and whilst working they learnt about the importance of co-operation, negotiation and overcoming design obstacles.
“I really wasn’t sure how we were going to make the cross stand up, but we thought it through and we got there in the end”’ said Genevieve Howell, Year 2.
The afternoon was celebrated with a grand parade of their designs, before tucking in to some rather delicious chocolate eggs.
