Upper Sixth Art students at Burgess Hill School for Girls have reasons to celebrate this week. All the pupils have been offered places at the Art or Arts based universities of their choice.
Lucy Rogers, Lucy Masters and Carlotta Ng have places at Art Foundation courses at Brighton, Leeds and Bournemouth; Emma Marks has a place to read History of Art at the Courtauld Institute London; Hazel Chan has an offer for Architecture at UCL, whilst Daisy Dickinson and Alex Murray have offers to study for degrees in Media or English with Film Studies at Ravensbourne and Loughbough Universities.
Head of Art, Mrs Monica Carruthers, said “They have always been a very creative group, but to get 100% success rate to their first choice courses is a wonderful achievement and really reflects all their hard work and focus.”
