We have received reports that road conditions at the extremities of our bus routes are likely to deteriorate after 4pm today. We have therefore taken the decision that the buses will leave at 3pm today.
The School remains open as normal for all other pupils. Lessons will continue until the normal end of the day. The LRC remains open until 6pm as normal.
Any pupil who cannot be collected by 6pm will join the boarders for supper and wait in Silverdale Boarding House until they are able to be collected.
We will review the situation overnight and update the website as details become clear.
The School will be open as usual unless a clarion call message is sent to the contrary.
The decision regarding the bus and minibus service is made at 6.15am each morning and parents will be contacted via Clarion Call if there is any change to normal service.
