Burgess Hill School for Girls now has its own Radio Station licensed by Ofcom, call sign M0DYY.  The Radio Club meets every Friday and at other times for competitions and has a core membership of nine students.  Using both HF and Echolink equipment, we have managed to contact 'Jeff' in the deep snow of Prince Edward Island, Canada, Israel, Bangladesh, USA, St Petersburg, Russia, Serbia, Italy, Germany, France, Orense, Spain, Moscow, Keith in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Mel in Perth Western Australia, Jos in Hyderabad, India, Rik in Copenhagen and Chan in Malaysia, to name but a few!
