Jeans for Genes day was celebrated again this year by the girls in Burgess Hill School for Girls. The girls were happy to support this charity which funds pioneering work in congenital diseases in children.
The opportunity to wear denim is always readily grasped, and the charity prefects of the Junior school can be seen here with the cheque for £252. 76.
Moira Brown, Deputy Head of Junior School, said "Once again the girls have given generously to a worthy cause".
