Hannah Hart, Year 6, opened the Year 5 and 6 Christmas Concert with a solo verse of the hymn 'Once in Royal David's City'.
The girls entered Oaks Hall with lit candles and began an impressive concert filled with Christmas carols, readings from the Bible and songs composed by the girls.
The songs written and performed by the girls were:
'The Night Before Christmas' by Natalie McStravick and Lucy Collins (both Year 5)
'Christmastime' by Pippa Jin Box, Olivia Gunn and Emily McStravick (all Year 5)
'Christmastime is here' by Kori Cattermole, Eva Gilbert and Romy McCutcheon (all Year 6)
