The talented Year 8 pupils from Burgess Hill School for Girls continued their run of wins when they took part in the West Sussex Rounders Tournament held at Hazelwick School, Crawley.  In the group stage they won all their matches convincingly, striking the ball with power and precision, and fielding with speed and agility.  In the semi finals they continued to keep the pressure on their opponents and beat Sackville 13 rounders to 2.  In the final they came up against Millais School, Horsham and were again in fine form to win 11 rounders to 3 to become the West Sussex Champions.
