As part of their History studies Year 3 enjoyed a wonderful visit to Fishbourne Roman Palace. The girls participated in a number of hands on activities, including dressing as Roman citizens, “working in the kitchen”, writing on wax tablets, making mosaics and bridge building. The girls were fascinated by the Dolphin Mosaic in the North Wing, though perhaps the most memorable part of the day was seeing a real skeleton!

At the beginning of the year the girls experienced the “highs and lows” of Blacklands Farm. The trip included team building exercises, indoor wall climbing and a “crate challenge”. The girls worked well together and gained confidence and trust in each other.
