Wearing stripes or spots, the girls in the Junior School at Burgess Hill School for Girls entered the hall to find a mass of stalls organized by Milton house.  There was a raffle for a beautiful Pudsey cake, a variety of small cakes and biscuits, drinks, toys, books, Christmas presents for parents, and many more games and activities.  The tuck shop raised over £250 and with a charge levied for ‘home clothes’, a total of £500 was raised. Milton house is sponsoring a child in Mankoadze, Ghana, where £15 pays for a year’s education and a school uniform, so £60 is going to this worthy cause and the rest is for Children in Need.
