Year 6 at Burgess Hill School for Girls were decked out in all the right ‘gear’ as they harked back to the decade which was defined by ‘Pop, Poetry and Protest’; the Sixties.
This ‘experience’ was part of the girls’ History course work, for which they have been learning about Britain since 1930 in order to enliven their understanding of the times.
The girls and staff had great fun putting on the style – it was all so ‘Groovy’ and ‘Far out!’
