Burgess Hill School for Girls’ athletes continued their rich vein of form in the Multi Athletics Competition held at Christ’s Hospital School on the 4th June. The Junior & Inter team, each made up of four girls, performed two events as well as a relay; points were recorded for time and distance.
In the Junior team competition, the girls finished in first place with 144 points, 18 points ahead of a strong second place Farlington School team. The Inter team completed the double with a comprehensive win, scoring 143 points; a massive 28 points ahead of second place Christ’s Hospital. An excellent achievement for both teams! Our thanks to Christ’s Hospital School for hosting the event.
