25th Anniversary

Burgess Hill School Nursery children had fun celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Nursery.  The children were invited to a street party, silver balloons festooned the garden, and many of the children wore fancy dress.  Rainbow Bigbottom came to entertain the children with games and magic.  The children had party food and an anniversary cake made by the school's chef, Michel Ravaudet.  Everyone received a goody bag to take home.

Fishers Farm

The sun shone for the annual Nursery farm outing.  It was a very sociable occasion with many parents, carers and grandparents coming along, as well as the Nursery children and staff. The children saw many different animals and enjoyed a variety of rides, including the popular tractor ride.

The Wrens and Swallows Sports Events

The Wrens and Swallows sports events were a great success again this year.  The Swallows children did very well moving around a circuit on the sports field using various pieces of apparatus.  The Wrens children performed a wonderful sequence to music with coloured scarves.  The children had great fun participating in the races.  All the boys and girls received a sports day sticker at the end of the events.
