The Year 10 team of Emilie Brammer, Laura Warner and Madeleine Whelan finished runners-up in their first competition. Emilie was commended for the manner in which she controlled the questions in her role as Chairman, whilst Laura delivered a very well researched and knowledgeable speech on pay for Stay at Home Mothers. She coped very successfully with a barrage of questions from the audience. Madeleine, as the Team Questioner, proved to be very well suited to the task and was judged the best in her category.
