“It was brilliant!” “It was great fun!” “It was so cool!” “It was scary!” “It was hard work.” 

These are just some of the comments from Year 3 girls at Burgess Hill School for Girls after their outing to Blackland Farm Activity Centre in East Grinstead.

The aim of the visit was to learn how to work together as a team.  The girls enjoyed a wonderful day, where they co-operated in a variety of activities including wall climbing and crate building.  This involved building a tower of crates while two girls stood on the top until it collapsed leaving them dangling in the air on their harnesses!
