Careers and Higher Education guidance is considered to be a most important aspect of Sixth Form life and is delivered by experts.
Two fully equipped Careers and Higher Education rooms contain the most up to date software, prospectuses and books.
Students are encouraged to organise appropriate work experience where possible, particularly for vocations such as teaching, veterinary science and medicine.
Career Conferences and Open Days are organised and attended.
Each year the majority, if not all, of the girls leaving the Upper Sixth go on to Higher Education at the best British universities or to prestigious Colleges of Art, Music or Drama.
A number of students go to Oxford or Cambridge and each year the school is successful in achieving hard won places at Medical Schools. Degrees achieved vary from Medicine to Law, Accountancy, Classics, Engineering, English, Architecture, Modern Languages, Business Studies, History and many others.
A list of the destination of leavers is available on request.
