The School is pleased to welcome girls into a full boarding environment from age 11, with casual/flexi boarding available from age 7.

If you choose to send your daughter to Burgess Hill School for Girls as a boarder, she will live in one of three very attractive boarding houses each with its own modern facilities.

Girls whose parents are overseas must have a guardian in the U.K. The guardian must be over the age of 25 and preferably have some previous link with the boarder's family.

The boarders enjoy a variety of activities in the evenings and at weekends.  Each term there is an organised and varied programme which includes activities such as going to the cinema, concerts, theatre, bowling, skating, swimming and a visit to a theme park. 

At Burgess Hill School for Girls, we recognise the additional challenges students face when working in a second language.  Therefore, we aim to ensure that your daughter’s language needs are fully provided for from the outset.
