Welcome to the Burgess Hill 6^th Form website pages. Have a good look around the site. We hope we have covered a lot of the information about the 6^th Form here, but there is no substitute for actually coming and experiencing the atmosphere for yourself. You are welcome to come for an informal chat with Ms Beaman about anything relating to the 6^th Form, and we also offer Taster Days - you will be well looked after and given a full programme of lessons and activities to take part in.

 

The 6^th Form is a key period in young people's lives. At Burgess Hill we offer a combination of small class sizes, close academic and pastoral support, and wide opportunities to grow and develop in a huge number of responsible leadership roles. As the two years go by, girls grow immensely in confidence and independence, so that they leave ready for the challenges of Higher Education and with fond memories of a warm, inclusive community.  

 

Girls at Burgess Hill are stretched to find their full potential, set and achieve challenging goals, and have a vast amount of fun along the way! 

 

We offer a stimulating and relevant curriculum with up to 25 Advanced Level Subjects offered each year and expert teaching given in small groups. 

 

If you are new to the school, or if you have been here since reception, the unique atmosphere will be special for you. A comprehensive induction programme will ensure you settle in quickly.

 

Before you know it you will be one of our happy leavers on A Level results day, setting off on exciting new challenges, confident that you have all the skills you need to lead a successful and positive life and career.
