Girls from Years 5 and 6 took part in the Brighton Festival Children's Parade. The theme this year was 'The Rights of the Child', with the sub-theme of 'Play'.

The Evening of Song at Burgess Hill School for Girls was an inspiring musical event made up of singers throughout the school. The Evening of Song has become an established annual event at the school and took place in the Croft Hall on Wednesday 4th May.

Royal Occasion at Burgess Hill School
Year 2 pupils at Burgess Hill School for Girls enjoyed an afternoon of patriotic festivities in honour of the forthcoming Royal Wedding. Their 'Royal Street Party' was the finale to a topic on the Royal family and their weddings.

Pupils, parents and staff from Burgess Hill School for Girls handed out around 13,000 bottles of water to runners in the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 10th April.
