Why Choose Us?

I challenge any parent visiting Burgess Hill School for Girls not to feel proud to be part of this lovely school.  The girls are an absolute credit to the school - polite, confident, happy and caring...

Facilities

As with any vital organisation, Burgess Hill School is always developing to meet the demands and expectations of an ever changing society.

Curriculum

Our broad curriculum is based on the National Curriculum and the National Literacy and Numeracy Strategies... with added extras! Spread across the week, most pupils will have five P.E. lessons and two Music lessons with subject specialists.

Music

We are  proud of the reputation Junior School music has in the area.   Music here is vibrant and all the girls enjoy two music lessons every week with music specialists, in addition to the many music clubs open to our pupils.   Singing, music-making, musical appreciation, theory, composition and performing are all part of the curriculum.
