2009 - 2010 On the eighth of May, we went to see the Moscow State Circus. We took a train to Preston Park, then walked about 10 minutes and arrived to the circus. We bought some popcorn and drinks before entering. The show would start in a minute; I was really excited! Some of my friends said they're afraid of clowns, because they usually appear in movies and televisions as a bad character, but I don't think it's that scary! After the overture, the show began; the first show was "Monk's Dream". It was a show about a person who was dreaming and walked over a string, it's really dangerous, we all cheered. After that, there were many shows, liked "High Flying", "Juggling" and "Sky Wheel". My favourite show in the first part was "High Flying", because the most important thing in this show was co-operation. If the team mates don't co-operate, they cannot succeed. After the break, we watched the second part of the show. Some shows were very interesting, like the "Black & White", "Serious Music" and "Tap Tap Tap". I liked "Serious Music" the best in the second part. It was about a clown and a magician who performed music, and their performance was very funny. That was really a happy day because this was a precious opportunity to watch this marvellous circus performance with friends and teachers, this day was really remarkable, I wish I can have another day like this.
